Most pre-owned consoles will have signs of wear in some form. such as, scratches, light marks, dents  etc. We clean and test all our stock in order to bring you the best quality products possible. For this reason, we can only accept returns if an item is faulty. Exceptions to the 28 day warranty are as follows:

• 2. Liquid damage
• 3. Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device
• 4. Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers
• 5. Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes
• 6. Any items that are sold as spares, repair, faulty or untested
• 7. Unwanted Products / Gifts
