Exceptions to the 28 day warranty are as follows:

1. Physical damage
2. Liquid damage
3. Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device
4. Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers
5. Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes
6. Any items that are sold as spares, repair, faulty or untested
